These terms govern your use of CurrentTrove. By using CurrentTrove, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The Service
CurrentTrove is a tool for planning and organizing a Pokemon trading card collection into virtual binders. It's provided as-is, for your own personal use in organizing your own collection -- whether or not you buy, sell, or trade the physical cards you're organizing.
What "personal use" doesn't cover: operating a competing or derivative service built on CurrentTrove, or using it as backend infrastructure for a separate commercial product. Organizing your own cards -- even cards you intend to sell -- is exactly what CurrentTrove is for.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create a CurrentTrove account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. You can use CurrentTrove without an account, in which case your data stays only in your browser and isn't tied to any account.
CurrentTrove offers a Free plan (1 binder, up to 20 pages per binder) and a Plus plan (unlimited binders and pages) as a paid subscription.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
CurrentTrove Plus is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews and you'll continue to be billed until you cancel.
To cancel, email hello.currenttrove@gmail.com and we'll cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; it doesn't remove access you've already paid for the current billing period.
Refunds: we don't offer refunds for time already paid for. If you cancel, you won't be charged again, but we don't refund the current or past billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to bypass plan limits or access controls, no reselling or sharing account access, and no using CurrentTrove for anything illegal.
5. Intellectual Property
CurrentTrove's own software, design, and branding belong to us. Card names, images, and set data displayed in the app are sourced from TCGdex and belong to their respective rights holders.
6. Data Sources & Attribution
Card names, images, set information, and related card data shown in CurrentTrove are provided by TCGdex, a free, independent, third-party Pokemon card database. We don't own, generate, or modify this data -- when you search for a card, your search text is sent directly to TCGdex to fetch results (see our Privacy Policy for details).
Card images are displayed and printed at a size intended for planning and reference use -- identifying and organizing cards in your binders -- not as a source of downloadable, print-ready, or high-resolution card art. Pokemon card names, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CurrentTrove is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost -- though we take reasonable care to prevent that.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CurrentTrove isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as CurrentTrove changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
